They are not licensed for any specific use. The license tells you what you can't do (hire it out like a video from a video shop, etc).

It's licensed for a single PC whatever it's used for. Some business uses
which might rely on connectivity to many other computers are restricted
automatically.

You can use it for whatever you want, business, pleasure or both. Same
thing is true for any Windows.

Yes. You can use it wherever you want. Don't take the name "Home" literally.
That's just a marketing name and doesn't really mean anything. If the few
limitations of Home as compared to Professional aren't important to you,
it's fine in a business setting.
