Excuse me for being dense but exactly what is a "critical stop error"? Never
heard that term before.

And which company issues a license regardless if one supposedly has a critical
stop error? You didn't say.

country to country, and even from town to town.

Whose "support?" What's the phone number?

If this happens to concern Windows, they'll know you're most likely an
idiot or a liar. A critical stop almost never requires a reinstallation
of anything.

What kind of license -- hunting, driver's, fishing? Please clarify.
