XP Key

I'm trying to activate windows XP on a computer, Heres
the Details:

Had a software problem, formatted, reinstalled XP,

The official sticker is on this computer, I have all the
other numbers important to it, I'm not sure if this key
has been used to activate other computers, or if this
computer has been formatted and reactivated too many
times, (I'm a service technian at a computer shop),
I need to know the number I can call, or who I should
contact about a new Key, or getting this one reactivated.

The number depends on where in the world you are and it given to you by the
activation wizard if you select the activate by telephone option, if your
activation over the internet is not successful, or you are not connected to
the internet and require to activate by telephone initially

Install Windows XP using the CD that came with the computer.
If required, use the Product Key on the computer case.
There are different types of CDs and keys and they are not
interchangeable so you must use the ones that came with the computer.
Attempt internet activation.
If that fails, choose the option to activate by phone.
Call the displayed phone number for your region, done in about 5
minutes.
 
What is the name of your shop and where is it? I want to make sure I never
take my computer there.
