XP Keeps Booting Me Out!

When I start up my computer, I get the login screen, as usual.
However, the problem comes in when I login to an account. I get one
of two (or sometimes both) of the following messages:

LDMConf.DLL "failed to initialize because the window station is
shutting down"

I may also get a message about ccapp asking if I want to end the
program now. After this happens, the computer restarts and I end up
back at square one. This is without me telling it to do anything.

I don't know what's going on but as it stands I can't use my computer!
If anyone out there can help I would be much obliged! Otherwise I'll
just have to take it back to the place that built it and see if they
can deal with it.

Before you actually bring it back, why not call them and ask your question.

The links were no good, but I don't know that they would have helped
anyway, since I don't think I could have fixed the problem myself.
What should I do at this point? Should I take it back where I bought
it and have them fix the problem? I can log on to the computer via
the Guest account, but it doesn't have Administrator access so I don't
know if I'd be able to fix it via that route. Please email me at
(e-mail address removed) to let me know what I should do.
