XP is a total waste of my time -- BTW how to connect IIS?

What a joke XP Pro is. Had it two days and it has cut my
productivity to zero. Less than zero really. It is OEM
so MS is no help. Seller is certainly no help. What a
joke of an OS. I waited 6 years to switch from 98 and
this what I get?

BTW, where the hell is IIS? I installed it and all I
have is a useless MMC snap-in that does absolutely
nothing. Just a lousy icon that represents my computer
and a connect dialog that will not find or connect to
anything. (?) I have used NT and IIS for years. What in
God's name am I missing here?
