XP//Internet Explorer

I have just upgraded 2000 to XP Pro, everything went
fine. When I go toexplorer to the web and go to Hotmail I
get a runtime error and a series of unending debug
messages, all of which fail to go away no matter what I
select. I am unable to get into the mail as a result.

I reinstalled XP and same problem...any ideas?
