xp installation problems...

hi. i wanted to to perform clean install of xp but i
couldn't because the setup asked to insert my win98
cd..but i seemed to misplaced that cd a couple years
back..both my win98me and xp home upgrade are both
legit..not pirated copies..is there a way to install a
clean install of xp without my win98me cd? do i have to
contact MS ?
