XP Install Script latest version

I have gotten a message trying to remove a piece of
software:
"1: The InstallScript on this machine is older that the
version required to run setup. If available, please
install the latest version is ISScript.msi."
Everywhere I look has Windows installer 2.0 for other
OS's, but not XP. Where can I get 'the latest version'?
