xp install problem with pc chips m810d motherboard

Trying to install xp pro on a new motherboard equipped
machine
Boot up from cd setup, runs and fails to copy files from cd
I have heard many bad things now about this pc chips
motherboard any ideas?

Usually failure to install a windows operating system means 1) bad RAM,
2) bad hard drive, 3) bad hardware (other). I also have heard nothing
good about PC Chips motherboards (they're really cheap in all
respects), but it could be your RAM.
