XP hotfix 819696

Over the last few days downloaded the endless stream of
critical updates. The hotfix 819696 keeps on coming back,
though my install history says that it has been installed
successfully 13 times prior.
Dear folk at the 'hotfix' department, having to spend time
daily to protect my OS-XP by downloading fixes, this 81 96
96 is becoming an annoyance.
Considering Microsoft's recent track record, suggest name
change to 'Hotfix Corp. Inc'.

I have been having precisely the same problem with the
same update, i.e. the hotfix 819696.

Hi folks, see my query of 24 Aug re this matter. I feel I
should uninstall and reinstall it, but need a bit of
moral support. El Gordo
