Xp home user account cannot check yahoo mail or google

Hello,

When I create user accounts on XP Home, whether they are
given administrator, limited access (or guest account),
for some reason when they go to surf the web they cannot
check their Yahoo Mail or search on Google. When click
on 'check mail' in Yahoo or enter a query in Google,
nothing happens, even if you open it in a new window or
manually type in the web address. Otherwise the web and
internet access work fine - users can login into Yahoo or
get to google.com

On the Root or Main administrator account everything
works fine!

The internet connection used is SBC DSL.

I would first check for this.

And then I would use Spybot Search and Destroy or Adaware to get rid of any
spyware on the computers.
