XP Home Reinstall user account problem

Installed a new MB and CPU and then reinstalled XP. Created a new user account to finish the installation process and now this is the only account listed. The files and folders for my previous account (with all of my links, desktop files...) still exists so I want my new account to use all of my files and previous settings.

Any ideas?
