XP Home Question

Hello,

In the home edition of XP, can you set the rights for users, say one is an
Administrator and the other is just a USER or POWER USER?

Thanks..that helps..I am setting up a PC for a family whom has never had a
PC before and they want their daughter to not be able to install programs.
Will make her a LIMITED account. I've only used the Professional version
over the years.

Then depending on the age of the daughter, you should consider
password-protecting both the built-in Administrator Account, and any other
admin account you set up.
