XP-home-- Powersave Access Denied

When I try to change any power options ( right click
screen->screen saver->power options)It says Access is
denied. This is when I login as a non-administrative user.

Now when I logon as administrator, I can change the power
options, but it is not reflected in other user accounts.

So how can I change power options in other user accounts?

Go into administor account,make all limited to
Click to expand...
administrative privilage go into the screen name change
the settings on all go back to the main administative
account and change the others back to limited,walla it's
done!
