system will not reboot, after the windows logo it just turns off monitor. I
have tried reloading 8 times and it still happens any help please.

"After switching off" as in trying to shutdown the pc...If so,99% of the time
you have a hardware conflict, try uninstalling 1 @ a time till the pc shutdown
as you wish it to...

Time to do a some hardware troubleshooting, starting with the power
supply. Here are general hardware troubleshooting steps:

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).

See my previous answer to you. Test the hardware, starting with the
power supply.

Many thanks for your help, I have managed to sort out the problem, it was
caused by the graphics board.
