If you went to see a doctor and said "It hurts" then he
would be hard pushed to help you. It's the same here.
You need to supply as many details as you can:
- How far does the boot process go?
- What messages do you see on the screen?
- What beeps (if any do you hear)?

If the screen remains completely blank then
you should post your question in a hardware
group, because Windows never even attempts
to start. Alternatively, take it to a computer
shop.

Ya know Dixonian69, that's the first thing I thought of!!!!

Very good use of common sense! Plug it in!!! What a concept!! LOL!!!!

Pegasus, may I be so bold to make the assumption, that English is not your
first language.
I had to chuckle when you wrote:

I've never heard it put quite that way, but I believe the saying goes..
"he/they would be hard "pressed" to help you"
Not a dig/spam...just an observation.

I appreciated your use of "pushed" in the sentence.

Your assumption is entirely correct . . . :-)
