XP Home New Install

I am building a PC and I am getting the following error
while trying to install windows.

STOP: 0x0000006F
(0xC0000020,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I cannot get around it, I have rebooted and retried but
it stops at this everytime.

"Bug Check 0x6F: SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
This indicates that the Windows initialization failed."

Might be bad RAM or overclocking or like that.

Could be bad memory, could be XP doesn't have the correct driver for
your HD. Do you have a driver disk for your HD?
