I can't access a seperate computer on my newly created home network. I get a
message that says "I may not have permission" but I can't find where to grant
permission.

Scooter,

The error "may not have permission" can have several different causes, only one
is actual permissions.

Please provide ipconfig information for the problem computer, and for at least 1
working computer (and 2 working computers would be better!).
Start - Run - "cmd" - Type "ipconfig /all >c:\ipconfig.txt" into the command
window. Open Notepad, make sure that Format - Word Wrap is NOT checked!, open
file c:\ipconfig.txt, copy and paste entire contents into your next post.
Identify operating system (by name, version, and SP level) with each ipconfig
listing.
