XP HOME KEEPS RESTARTING

I have xp home it keeps shutting down, and then makes several attempt to
restart.
When ask to start normally, or safe mode. no matter what you choose it keeps
trying to restart. could someone help please.

level, what happened right before this started, what you have tried, what
exact error messages you have gotten, etc.

Might be a dead hard drive, that happened to my son's HP Pavilion, that was
fixed under the warranty.

Did u Install Service pack 3 on this PC?

You still didn't give any details about your computer. We simply are not
mind readers nor would any of us who might run the same make and model know
how to advise you.

Also, a system component might be overheating. If you are overclocking,
stop it.
