wondering if possable please could any one help me!

Go into the event viewer in your administrative tools found in the control panel and check for any red Xs under the logs. Double click them to open a details screen and then you can give us more information. Look for any red Xs that correspond to the time of your reboot. At present the reasons for this happening are virtually infinite. Good luck.

Hi, try this Right click on my computer and select
properties then the advanced tab under startup and
recovery click the settings button.Under system failure
