XP home is shutting down

this is the Error code 00000019
Parameter 1 00000020
Parameter 2 8a71bc00
Parameter 3 8a71bc00
Parameter 4 0a000008

Can you help me to find out what is causing the problem?

These error code numbers really do not tell us very much , probably don't
tell MS engineers much either. The Event Viewer in Administrative Tool
should be the best place to look for answers.
Have you added any new software (drivers) or hardware lately ? JJ
