XP HOME INSTALL PROBLEM

I am trying to install XP home on a fresh build. All goes well until I get
the XP Home loading screen. The three blue squares go by twice, the third
time they stop at the right side and thats that. Nothing. I've deleted and
reinstalled only to get the same results. Any suggestions as to what I could
try changing in the bios to get XP to finalize setup? Any help would be
appreciated!
 
All that is attached is mouse, monitor, keyboard...no printer, scanner, etc.

Why don't you start off with computer specs ???
