When I try to connect to the internet, I am not able to connect.. the web
pages are not opening and i am not able to get into the internet... The
connection is ok and my ISP informs there is a problem with my XP Home
software.. can you pl help me..

Did your ISP tell you what the problem is with your XP Home software?
Because you provided no details that would allow anything other than a lucky
guess.

You haven't provided any information so we can help you. It can be very
hard for a non-technical person to know what to include in a post to a
