xp home edition-path file access error/75

when I load onto windows, at the very start, I get this
error/75. I can't figure out how to resolve this problem!
Please Help!
 
Suggest you re-post your question in the appropriate
newsgroup for your Windows version.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database
application and not general computer "access".
