XP Home Clean Install Problems

the CPU and case, so I don't think it's a hardware conflict.

Anyone have any suggestions? Recommendations? Alternatives? Las
rites?

Sorry. I realized I left out two important facts. 1) I've installe
the newest BIOS available. 2) I've already set it so that the BIO
read the disk size as 32GB to avoid any large disk problems.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
