Hi,

I am using XP HOME and would like to have an administrator account and a
limited account. I want to secure this account so that it only runs Office
and my database application. I do not want it to show what is in the start
menu. I will put shortcuts on th desktop.

This seems to be a lot harder than it needs to be for an individual user.
All of the help I have read seems to focus on major network configurations
and registry tweaks for administrators. Am I missing something or is my only
option to partition my drive as dual boot which will terminate services /
user switching? Please help.

Thank you for suport.

Eric

Thank you. I will get the full version of your console. Is there any way
to keep the limited user static while I install programs on the
administrator account. Perhaps by changing the default user profile?

Thank you for your help.
