Hi all,

how does one enable remote desktop connection on a
windows xp home machine?

I'm trying to connect from home (XP Home) to my work PC
(also XP Home) and I get a "remote pc not available,
check network connection". Trying to connect from home to
another machine at work, which runs XP Pro, works fine.

I can connect to my work-PC using remote admin but not
remote desktop? Any ideas?

One doesn't - that's a feature of Pro only.

The 'host' of remote desktop has to be running XP Pro
