XP HOME ADD/REMOVE FONTS

In the add/remove window the fonts are missing from the left side of
the window which has 4 options to apply:Add Remove: Components:
Configure and Add Program. I know that i can click on anyone of
these funtions to determine its use, but why are the fonts missing ??
Need some clarification...
