I'm using a Home editon with sp2 -with all updates done , Ad-aware software
and AVG 7.1 edition anti virus as 'security' software.

As I try to turn off my pc, with previous session log off and all programs
closed, on the 'windows is closing down' screen it hangs and neither the
mouse or keypad respond. solution: manual power off through the power button.
I've already downloaded and run some times the UCH Clean, but no diference;
Freaquently scan with both programs, but nothing serious as
virus,trojans,ect.; visited AUM site (that one that is so recommended..) but
the sollutions don't fit on my problem.

Can this be some virus or something that this programs don't detect, an ACPI
and/or BIOS question, a time for shutting down the applications matter..

Any ideas or help is welcome.
