Take a look here at virtually the same problem being reported by some else, and scroll all the way down towards the bottom to begin reviewing the responses. The experts felt it would be either a Bad Ram Module, CPU, or Motherboard. In this case, at the very end, it appears as though a bad motherboard was at fault. Lots of good readings there.
