hi! julia, you dont have to initialize the built-in firewall, just
right-click to your dial-up connections and select properties, go to
Advanced tab and enable your firewall, just like that its automatic. If you
want to locate this, just go to Administrative Tools and select Services
and find this name: Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection
Sharing (ICS), you can see if its already start or not, but if you share
files with others send a files to YM or any buddy its already enabled.

Ok, I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this
but here it goes. I know that WinXP comes with a built in
firewall but for the life of me I cannot find it on my
system to initialize it. Is there anyone that knows where
to locate this?
