Ben

Since I turn on internal firewall for my Windows XP, my PC cannot connect to
the other PCs on our Local P2P Network.

What should I set for internal firewall? Any ports I should open?

Ben

Thank you,

That helps.
I add port 135 - 139 for both UDP and TCP. Then check them to allow access
This setting to use at work.

Since I also carry the PC back home. I block port 445, since a lot of
traffic via Sassar virus which keep trying this port these days

Again, thank you,

Ben

WinXP's built-in firewall is not designed to be used on internal
LAN connections. The _only_ connection on which you should have ICF
enabled is the direct connection to the Internet.

Internet Firewalls Can Prevent Browsing and File Sharing

This matter is addressed in Service Pack 2. WinXP's redesigned
built-in Windows Firewall will allow exceptions for File & Print
Sharing.
