Any info appreciated!
Appeared on initial boot up today - but ignored, rebooted
and, luckily, OK!
How do I reinstall? In DOS? How do I check that the
hal.dll is functioning correctly? {seems OK now} How do I
prevent the hal.dll from going walkabout?
What is it?
Why does it appear?
This has happened before and led to my system being
reformatted and windows xp being reinstalled
