xp error messages

hello! im trying to find out when i try to log onto
windows for one it takes forever then i get a message
that says error 0x800705aa a problem is preventing
windows from checking for licence then it logs me off any
ideas?/

MY ERROR MESSAGE IS 0x800705aa AND I HAVE A GATEWAY COMP
NOT DELL WILL THIS MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE.
