HELP,
Our CEO in all of his wonderful ability to screw stuff up
has now giving me a HUGE one to solve, he could not log on
to his computer correctly so instead of calling me he
decided to reload XP pro on his own and now cannot get to
his personal document because he did not set up the
computer the way it was configured originally, the My
Documents folder for him is still there but it wont let me
in, i have reset up the user name and password the way it
should be but i think the damage is already done, is there
a way to retrieve these folders and files easily??
if there is a user on a computer than there are problems
to be solved...
thanks in advance
