XP deployment

Hello everybody,

I buy computers off the shelf with windows XP pre installed from an OEM. I
then send these computers out to our customers, which require localization
settings specifically time and date format, and the addition of foreign
languages. It is this procedure that I would like to automate does anybody
have any ideas?
