User performs cut and paste function either with mouse
click menu's or shortcut key method and gets a print
screen when pasting. What could be causing this. Another
user with same Co. is getting the same thing. No files
have been shared as these are stand alone users. The
latest virus software found nothing. Can the keys be
accidentally reprogrammed? Thanks for any help.

First, make sure Clipboard Viewer is enabled through Control Panel > Add or
Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Accessories and Utilities >
Accessories.

Start > Run > enter clipbrd.exe to open the Clipboard Viewer and see if
the desktop view is "stuck" on the clipboard. If so, go to Edit > Delete to
clear contents of the clipboard.
