xp closing down

I keep getting error message
computer closing down
NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Remote Prec call how can I avoid this happening?

It could be virus related either Sasser or Blaster.

Sasser virus:

To stop shutdown, click Start, click Run and type: shutdown -a
then click OK.
