XP cannot use TCP/IP but can use IPX

I have several XP PC's connected on a Novell network. All
my PC's can connect to the Novell server and the internet
except one. The problem PC CAN connect to the Novell
server, but the PC cannot connect to the internet. I
can ping other PC's and my gateway. I have checked all
the settings, and it is setup exactly like the other
PC's. Can anyone help me.
 
Yes there is a small firewall that have not been
changed. The PC did work until recently. No changes have
been made. It just stop connecting. All other PC's work
fine.
