Your picture shows many Internet Explorer windows open (and not getting
to the Internet).

This is a classic symptom of malware/virus infection, not a bug.

Why does *what* happen? Your .jpg only shows a lot of open IE windows.

I see a mailto address in the IE address line. I don't use IE, so: Wouldn't
a mailto address (correctly) cause an error, the same as entering a
non-existent web address?
