XP Bandwidth Monitor

Anyone know of a program I can use that will display the bandwidth
being consumed by applications running accessing the internet on my
PC. Preferably in a realtime graph like the performance tab of task
manager.

The programs I've found so far only give a running total of sent and
received which is not really what I want.

put the following in google search netlimiter its a
very good program,not only for monitoring but also for
controling bandwidth usage.

I use Sysmretrix, i have it set to show a hsitogram. as wellas show
other types of info, another one is called Samurize
