XP and Rraid

I have 2 serial 37 gig westeren digital hard drives. I'm trying to set up xp ; but the operating cant see the drives.I've tried the f6 deal ;no good.Does anyone know how I can load the operaying system to the drives . Thank you..
 
Do you have a Raid Controller integrated on the Motherboard? Did you
enable it in the Bios? Here's a

So what mobo? and what happens when you load sata drivers at F6?
