Nikon has told me that the Adaptec 2906 SCSI card will
work with the SL2000 film scanner using the 4.70 driver
from Adaptec. I down loaded the correct driver, but as
the card came with a later version of the driver (V 5.0)
XP will not allow me to load the older version of the
driver. It tells me that there isn't a better version
than what is already loaded. Is there away around this
to allow me to load the older driver?
