Not by itself. But many CD burning programs do.

No, XP, in any flavor, does not have the tool to burn .iso images. 3rd
party software is needed.

I don't think so.
If you happen to have real player I beleive newer versions can burn cds,
I'm not sure about ISOs
I like Deep Burner. It's free and works well. No extra spyware type junk.

No. Media Center is limited to burning CD's in multimedia file
formats. You need to use the CD-burning application of your choice to
burn ISO images to CDs.
