I have a P2P network with two XP Pro machines, and one
98SE. I have installed NetBUEI on the XP machines, but
still cannot browse from the 98 machine. The XP machines
will browse to the 98 machine, but not vice versa. Help?

Disable or remove all firewalls, including XP's ICF, during testing of your
network.

You do not need netbuei to browse your network. Enable netbios over TCP.

Did that........still won't browse

Try turning off the "simple file sharing" feature. Right click MYCOMPUTER> EXPLORE, choose TOOLS > FOLDER OPTIONS> VIEW, from the menu bar and at the bottom of the list uncheck simple file sharing. Let me know how it goes.

I had a similar problem. After reading through the posts
here I tried enabling netbios and it appears to work for
me. XPhome, win98.
