XP Activation

Does anybody know if its possible to uninstall a copy of Windows XP Pro from 1 computer and install it on another and be able to pass activation? Because I am getting a new computer and I am getting ridf of the old one and i want to change XP Pro from the old one to the new one.
 
I did it without any problems..........it even let me activate over the net

Assuming a retail license (OEM licenses are not transferable),
simply remove WinXP from the computer it is currently on, and install
it onto the new one. If it's been more than 120 days since you last
activated that specific Product Key, you'll most likely be able to
activate via the Internet without problem. If it's been less, you
might have to make a 5 minute phone call.
