xp account and cd burning problem

I have two machine, 1 xp pro desktop w/ Nero, other xp
home laptop w/ Easy CD creator. On XP Pro only one admin
account can burn CD to CD, other 3 accounts cannot. On XP
Home, only one admin account can create a disc image,
other 3 cannot. Any ideas?

Easy cd creator isnt suppose to work in xp,it isnt
compatable.For the other accounts have each open wmp,
go to tools,options,fill in each tab as needed,file types,
and cd burning tabs are most critical.If still no response
have each install wmp seperatly by downloading,then set
up the requirments wmp prompts to have for use.

Ooops ! Yes it is, see their website, if its version5 there is a patch
available......

Re-installl Nero but this time letting every account use it. Dump Easy CD -
its crap. Turn off the XP CD Burning Service.
