I have a new XP machine and two older machines running Windows 98. I have had
the 98 machines networked successfully for several years via a direct cable
connection, but went to an Ethernet hub when I added the new computer. When I
tried to activate the network on the new machine, I followed the instructions to
install some of the XP routines to the older machines. And the new machine is
recognizing that it is attached to a hub. So far so good.

Here's the problem. The two '98 machines still communicate back and forth via
the new hub, and BOTH of them are able to see the XP drives and printer. But the
XP machine is unable to see either of the Win98 machines. Can someone point me
in the right direction to help solve this problem?

Thanks!
