I have a client who just purchased a new computer on my advice. (she was
using windows98 on an old pc). My problem is that we tried to get her some
speed by getting a XP 64 with the latest processor and now some of the
applications she uses will not work with this new system.

Can i uninstall xp 64 and put regualar xp on her system and expect regurlar
xp 32 to work with this new processor? What should I know?

Thanks

Yes.. 32bit XP will run on 64bit hardware.. it goes without saying that
32bit applications will run on 32bit XP, and that the use of 32bit drivers
is obligatory when running a 32bit OS..

So you didn't do any proper research. Thank goodness *I'M* not one of
your clients.
