XML Comments (HTML Pages) are not linked correctly

After I created XML documentation by help of Visual.net, menu tools, build
comment web pages, the HTML files are generated, but they are not linked
correctly: So you can' t move back from to the calling HTML page. (JAVA doc
is better)
